We're on the road again. WOOHOO! We left Cle Elum on 9/27. Drove to Missoula, Montana and spent the night in the Wal Mart parking lot. Free is always good! It was a nice drive even with the road construction. This part of Montana is pretty and all the leaves on the trees are turning, orange, yellow, light brown. REAL pretty. The only thing about Fall being here and seeing all the pretty-ness (do ya love that word?), is that snow is also forecast for tomorrow in the Butte area and in the mountains. Not much. Flurries I'm supposing, but too much for me! When we leave here we still have 2 mountain passes to get through. Hopefully the snow will stay up above 7000' or so. I can see snow on the mountain tops from where I'm sitting looking out from the computer. BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.......And, its actually about 65 out. A warm southern hurricane force wind hitting us. Oh, ok. Not that windy, but it is about 15mph with 20mph gusts. Just enough to really make the awnings over the slides flap real good............We are in Garrison, Montana at Riverfront RV Park. A nice little "mom and pop" park. Just the kind we like. Just the kind Bonehead likes. Lots of green grass. Shes already been out exploring and probably would have stayed out longer, but she just hates the strong winds. We're awaiting for our mail to catch up with us in Deer Lodge. Thats where my nephew-in-law Adam lives. He'll be our mailman this time. We'll possibly leave here on Sunday if we get mail tomorrow. Otherwise, we'll leave on Tuesday 10/2. I just wanna get down I-15 and away from "snow in the forecast"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....We'll do at least one tourist thing while we're here, so tomorrow we're gonna go see the old prison in Deer Lodge. That will be cool. We already seen the outside when we cruised Main Street in Deer Lodge. Now we'll pay to go inside and see the rest. Deer Lodge is a cute little town. One stoplight. If you're on the freeway and blink, you might miss it............More later......
