Monday 3/9 and Tuesday 3/10........Not too much happening. Monday Linda and Ron took us to dinner. That was neat. Then we came back home and went to their place to chat for awhile. Tuesday I simmered homemade chili all day for a chili potluck outside around the campfire. Our group is dwindling down. Only 8 of us left. I tried to take a picture of the Dan balancing the moon on his finger. It was fun to try.
Wednesday, 3/11. Went for a 76 mile quad ride today with Jerry/Pat, Jim/Carol, and Ken/Diane. It was a long, long ride but a very good one. Jerry was the leader and kind of got himself "stuck" in a small dry wash. High centered? Anyway, we couldn't help but give him a bad time and then Ken used Jerry's winch to pull him out.

After that, we went rock collecting at a place today where you can pick up these white rocks that look like they have roses on them. Dan and I picked a whole bunch of them. Check out the pictures of them.

As we were driving home, Jerry accidentally "bumped" into this little lizard. I think he only was stunned. Don't know what kind of lizard it was and this is the largest one we've seen here in the desert.
Ron and Linda left today. I know that we'll all miss them, but next Snowbird season will come again soon enough and we'll see them again then, if not before.
