Bonehead's Traveling People

Dan is home. WOOHOO! It only took him 18 hours to fly from Tampa, Florida to Seattle. His flight from Tampa to Atlanta was delayed thus making him miss his flight from Atlanta to Seattle. Dan said the airport was super crowded as there were alot of storms delaying all flights going into Atlanta. He had to stay in the Atlanta airport for 10 hours waiting to get the next morning flight to Seattle. He opted to stay in the airport even though Airtran Airways said they would pay 10% off on a motel room. Oh boy. Big thrill. 10% off a room. Dan could do that with AARP or AAA. He wasn't impressed with the airline. He got the normal drinks and stale pretzels. No movie for a long flight. Just little headphones for "piped" music. Boy oh boy, was he glad to finally get home! So, the last couple of days have been really lazy for him. I've been a little busy. Cleaned the floors in our rig, picked blueberries, took cucumbers and zucchini out of the garden, and made a great dinner tonight...........Christine had a lazy birthday. We stayed home all day. I made what she wanted for dinner. Sloppy joes and crinkle french fries. She doesn't like cake, so I bought a lemon meringue pie and an Oreo cookie pie. That made everyone quite happy.
