Monday, 10/12.......I worked on painting the car again. Dan was out at a baseball field helping to build a stage for the gathering on this coming Saturday for the reunion. I almost got done with the car. The floats are coming along real good. I can't wait until they are all lined up for the parade so I can some pictures of the finished product. When we all got done working, we headed for a Chinese joint to eat in Redding, CA, just south of where the reunion will be. It was a good day but it was very cold. It took a long time for me to warm up after we got home. My hands took the longest. There is a storm coming in and its getting chilly. Tuesday, 10/13. It rained most of the night and has been raining all day. I didn't have to work on the float, so I made fudge and did laundry. This storm has been playing messing with our satellite dish all day. Off/on, off/on. Stupid wind and rain. Its finally died down and I can get back online......Wednesday, 10/14.....What a storm we had! Crap! Anyway, it sounded loud to me as I'm sleeping up in the loft of our rig and the tree branches and rain made alot of noise on the roof. It was really windy. Still windy today, but the tail end of the storm should pass by. Today I might make some zucchini bread and get our rig "road ready" for the move tomorrow to the baseball field where we'll all be "dry camping". WOOHOO! You people reading this just don't realize how long it took to get these pictures on here! I was working on the PC when this big gust of wind hit our rig and knocked my satellite dish offline. Crap. Go away winds!!! I saved what I had written on notepad in case I lost the draft of my blog. I sure couldn't save it when I have no Internet! I fired up the laptop and used the RV park's WIFI to get back online so I could save my blog entry. Cool. That worked. Now I'm on the WIFI on the PC and have managed to get the pictures on here too before the WIFI gets knocked off. Doing this blog entry has been interesting. Good thing I'm spoiled and have the laptop too. LOL LOL LOL. Ok. Now to publish and try to get back on my satellite dish. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
