Meow to you all!!!!!!!!! We left Anthony and headed to Brenda RV Park. We are traveling short days. I like that. Stopped at Willcox for the night at Ft. Willcox RV Park. Just a little "mom and pop" park. It was OK and Papa and Mom said they would go back. I REALLY liked the next RV park in Gila Bend! It is called, Augie's Quail Trail RV Park. Kinda a silly name cause I didn't see any quail I could chase, but all the same, it was a good park. Papa and Mom liked it too. It was BIG and I had lots of room to roam around. It was away from everything and Papa and Mom liked that. We all decided to stay for two nights and I know we'll be going back there again. Papa and Mom used their Passport America card for half price camping. I guess that was a good purchase cause the rv parks are sometimes real pricey! Papa is excited because the saguaro cactus are back again. He went for a long walk with the camera and took cactus pictures.........Now we are in Brenda RV Park, about 13 or 14 miles east of Quartzsite, AZ. We'll be in this park for two weeks. I'm not sure I like it because I have no place to roam around. Walks with Papa are going to be in smaller places. Oh meow! (sigh). I guess it was one of the few places Mom could find because of all the stuff going on in Quartzsite. The big shows and flea markets and swap meets. Anyway, we'll be here until 12/26. Then the plan is to "dry camp" with Papa and Mom's friends from Bandon, Oregon. We'll be out in the desert around Quartzsite camping for free, no hookups. I'll let ya know how that works out. I was watching Mom on the computer look at pictures of Quartzsite and there were thousands of RVs out in the desert. Sure glad the desert is big! Papa will be driving the truck through the dry washes to get into town, or so he was told. I'll let ya know about that too........Mom is making fudge. OOPS! I wasn't suppose to say that! meow meow meow (hahaha). Her and Papa bought a small ham for Christmas dinner. They are thinking about going to Christmas dinner that the RV park does and just bring something. I'll let ya know about that too. This park sure has alot of activities happening. After we got here in the afternoon, Papa and Mom went for a walk around the park. There was a "jam session" going on in the club house. I guess they listened to that for awhile. Last night Mom was going to play bingo, but started making fudge again. (Oh meow! I messed up again. Me and my big meow mouth!) On the 24th they are having a quad/atv parade to all the other RV parks around in Brenda. At night. I'm thinking that Papa should take the Harley out and ride in the parade. That would be too funny. Just about everyone here has a quad/atv. Lots of riding in the desert. I was listening to them talk and they are too funny. They think that they are the youngest retired people in the park. Everyone is at least 10 to 15 years older! I guess that puts me right up there with the old human farts cause I'm 17. meow meow meow!!!!!!!!!!!! (Couldn't resist that "old human farts" bit). I better go before I get myself in trouble. meow meow meow..........Meow at ya later and remember to pet your cat ALOT! Oh, OK. Pet the dumb dogs a tiny bit.........
