Good WINDY WINDY Tuesday afternoon! We are in Mountain Home, Idaho waiting out the winter storm that is suppose to pass over us. We only stayed one night instead of two at the last place because of this storm. We didn't wanna get caught in the high winds. We're at the local KOA until this passes over. Last night was REAL windy, so I shut down the satellite dish just for my own peace of mind. Before it got real bad, we took Bonehead outside and I took some pictures.
Today we explored around Mountain Home. Not too much here besides the air base. Just a good stopping point for bad weather. Its 1pm and the wind is getting worse and its cold. Only 41 with a wind chill of 31. BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR......Its gonna be a cold and windy night. We'll be SOOOOOOOOOO glad when this storm passes over. We wanted to leave tomorrow, but high winds are still forecast, so we'll probably stay another night. We'll see.
