Bonehead's Traveling People

We sure had a BIG wind storm here yesterday, 10/4. We haven't used the A/C in the rig so I had to close alot of the open windows so the dust wouldn't blow in. Well, there is still a film of red dust all over. I'll be dusting everything off today. We didn't wanna turn on the A/C. We both love the windows and doors open and the warm air. It was actually in the high 80's yesterday and will be that way today. We hauled the quad to the dunes and spent the afternoon riding. We got back before the big winds hit, but it still was windy out riding. We both came back with dust in our ears, nose, and eyes. Dan has goggles. I only had my sun glasses. Guess what I'll be buying next! Something to fit over my glasses that will keep at least some of the dust out of my eyes. We both started to get a little bit of a tan going on. There is so much to explore being out on the quad. Miles and miles of dunes and trails. Except for not being any grass, Bonehead likes exploring around too. Shes been out alot except in the high winds. She came back in one time and instead of heading for her drinking glass (yes, she drinks out of a glass), she headed for the toilet. Shes never done that before here in the 5th wheel. It was a "Kodak moment" for me. Shes just too funny..............I think we're headed towards the Las Vegas area next. I'm looking for somewhere to stay that isn't right in the city. If anyone knows of some "mom and pop" parks or a safe place to dry camp out in the BLM, please send me an email. Thanks!
