Poor Bonehead. Shes had to stay in at night since the coyotes have been around. No more night walks with Dan. Shes been pretty content to lay at either door and just look out. Dan took out the bottom solid panels of the screen doors and put screen in so she could see out. She loves looking out the screen door and now she can lay down and look and not have to sit all the time. We sure spoil this cat! She even has her own drinking glass. She won't drink water out of a bowl like a normal cat. hahahahaha

We've been out and about on the quad and the truck the last several days. Just exploring around. Dan and I drove to Bouse, AZ where General Patton had set up camp during WWII. Interesting. When were in Quartzsite last time, we went out onto the old proving grounds and picked up old bullets while metal detecting. This time we just drove through Bouse checking out RV parks and stopped to take some pics of the old tanks.

We've been out on the quad several times. Alone and with Jim and Carol. There are so many places to ride way out in the desert away from everyone. I'm just gonna put pictures on here of where we have been. Jim and Carol took us to a place called Dripping Springs. Their dog, Daisy, went too. She rode up front in a basket. You can see Carol and Dan inside where the spring is. They could stand up in this cave after crawling in. Its a real pretty area. We also went to a couple of stone houses. One of them has a guest book, which we signed, and lots of "everyday living" stuff in it. Peopls bring things with them to leave behind. I found some prescription glasses on the quad trail and left them on the table in this little house beside the typewriter. It was a fun place and real interesting to see what everyone had left there. Dan also found a skeleton of an animal.

After we got home from our ride to Dripping Springs yesterday, we were sitting around outside at Jim and Carol's place when we all seen this huge black cloud of smoke, then heard a big boom, then heard sirens. Well, being concerned and also snoopy, we all jumped on the quads and headed into Quartzsite to see what happened. Some poor person's class C motorhome blew up. It was almost "toast" when we got there. I felt so bad seeing that.
