We made it back home to Bremerton, WA. Pictures of "home" later...Our trip was ok except for the pouring rain and flat tire.
YUP! A flat tire at a rest stop in Washington. At least we were not traveling up the freeway, I-5! We pulled over into the Toutle Rest Area (remember the Toutle River had major problems when Mount St. Helens blew up back in 1980) to get out and stretch. The right rear tire on the 5th wheel went flat. Poof! No more air. Flat pancake tire! Flat as a board! Oh sigh.......Dan changed the tire and we hit the road again.
The rest of the trip wasn't bad. We planned going through Tacoma before the really bad rush hour traffic and that worked out good........Anyway, we're sitting in my mom's yard for the summer. I'll put some pics on here soon of where we are.
