Not too much else happening since I last wrote. I went back to Seattle with Dan to another VA appointment. That VA hospital is a very sad place. After we were done there, we headed to see his oldest daughter Tammy and grand Ryan. Its always fun to see Ryan. Hes a great little kid and so funny. He really makes me laugh. Ryan and his papa. We've also been to a family?????? get together for the July birthdays. Me, my mom, niece Gina, and sister Christine. Of course my son Michael wasn't there as he lives in Georgia........My old pal Luann that I went to school with was here for her 40th class reunion. She flew in from Ohio. We managed a visit before she flew back home. That was fun. We don't get to see each other very often. Hopefully Dan and I can travel through Ohio sometime and stop by and see her and hubby Jerry. Me and Luann. Today was the start of all my appointments. The annual physical and another trip to the dreaded dentist. In the next week or so I'll get my hair trimmed, have the annual mammo check, and hit the eye doctor. Get this stuff all out of the way and I'll be ready to leave as soon as our rig is "travel ready".........We filed with Pre-Paid Legal to get our rig fixed. Thats all I can say for now. Hopefully this will light a fire under someones butt and things will get taken care of so we can leave here again and resume our travels.......Last night me, mom, Christine, and Dan all went out to the Clearwater Casino. Christine wanted to try and win a Harley that the casino was giving away. Well, she didn't come away with the bike, but Christine and Mom played the slots for awhile and Dan and I played our small limit. Christine managed to get a free dinner to the casino buffet for all of us. I swear that my sister can talk her way into anything and free things are always good and it was a yummy buffet! Cool! Because our birthdays were in July we all got this neat little flashlight in a nice silver box. Anyway, it was fun..........I sure wish the sun would come back. Its been gone for about a week now and my tomatoes sure need some sun. I have picked 3 small Early Girls, but all the others, Big Beef and cherry tomatoes, are green. And my mom's blueberries are looking for the sun too. I've been picking them but without the sun they just kind of "hang out" on the bush waiting to ripen. I can see some blue sky this morning so maybe some sun will appear.....Oh! Since I started writing on this entry, we DID get a phone call from one of the companies listed in our legal letter. No one wants to get legal stuff in the mail. He wanted us to drop any legal proceedings. Fat chance. Fix our rig first. Maybe things are gonna FINALLY happen. And I guess our fridge, Dometic, has a recall on it and we'll have to see about getting that fixed. Wonder what else will happen with our 5th wheel?.........One last picture. This is at the casino where we were staying when on the trip to see the Red Elvises. Our server was nice enough to take a picture of us. In order around the table from left to right. Dan/Kittie/Dennis/Sandy/Bruce/Me-Patty.....Cheers with wine, water, and coffee. What a great group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
