Bonehead's Traveling People

We love being close to the river, but tomorrow, Friday 10/24, we are heading down to Quartzsite to our spot in the desert. We love being in the desert more. We stay on the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) land at La Posa north and have camped in the same spot for the last two years. Hopefully "our" spot will still be open to us and hopefully the memorial we made to our cat, Bonehead, will still be there. We are gonna stay here until the first part of November. We'll then head into New Mexico for a couple of weeks and come back to Quartzsite for the rest of the Winter. We can't wait to go out on the quad and ride in the desert alone and with friends. Sometimes taking the metal detector with us to try and find new treasures. Now that we have a handheld GPS, we'll be doing some Geo Caching too. We're just learning about that.........I'll write again from Quartzsite.
