Bonehead's Traveling People

We have arrived! We are all set up in our desert home for at least 5 months. The place where we park probably doesn't look like much in the pictures, but the desert has it's own beauty. Especially out and away from where we and others are camped. We got here in the early afternoon and were about all set up when we seen two rigs coming down the road. Our pals, Canadian Kathy and Jim, and their friend Sonja were arriving. Now the desert "family" has begun to grow. Now we've started the "group dinners" "time spent around the campfire" "firing up the generator"(we have to fire up our gen every night so we can plug in our little freezer and watch TV) "hauling water" "getting propane" "keeping the quad full of gas for all the quad riding" "geocaching" "metal detecting" "etc". Ya get the drift? We have a good time out here seeing our neighbors, doing the above stuff, and doing nothing cause we can.......Saturday, 10/31...HAPPY HALLOWEEN to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dan and I went for a short quad ride today. I went to check on one of my geocaches. It looked ok, but I'm still gonna go back and do a little maintenance on it. I've been taking pictures since we got here, but my camera is "toast" now. No pictures on my blog for at least a couple of weeks until I get another one. Oh sigh. I sure feel "naked" without my camera. I got some good use out of this one.
