No, I still don't have my camera yet. Grrrrrrrr. Waiting, waiting, waiting! Debbie took these pics for me.......Thursday, 11/05....We went for a quad ride with Kathy and Sonja. Traveled along in Tyson Wash, a large dry wash made larger by the recent rain storm and floods back in September. We just couldn't believe how much the dry wash has changed! The rushing waters changed it totally in some places and the wash is much wider now. We'll have to learn new ways to navigate the wash........Friday, 11/06. The Canadians all went to Yuma. Dan and I had a nice lazy day until we left to have a BBQ dinner with Deb and Russ and their pal Royal. That was fun and the food was good. Debbie and Rusty share in care-taker duties for the local Catholic Church and they are "camped" in their "toaster" trailer behind the building. I love the old Airstream trailers. When the sun started to set in the West, Rusty hauled chairs out to the front of the church so we could all sit there and enjoy all the colors of a beautiful sunset. What a nice way to end the day. Pretty sunset and good company. The sunset pictures I couldn't make them work on here, but here are some others. Debbie, the cook Me and Debbie Host and hostess, Rusty and Debbie. The "toaster" in the background. Chillin' in the warmth. hahahahahaha Dan, me, Royal, Rusty the BBQ cook WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Saturday, 11/07......Towards the end of the day today my camera came! Yippee! Back to taking pictures again. Before it came Dan and I went to a "once a month" craft fair that they have here in Quartzsite. I got a pretty dangly thing to hang outside our rig. I'll have to take a picture of it in the sunlight with my new camera. After the craft fair I did laundry, we went to the "dented can store" and stocked up on bean, went to the veggie store, and picked up a water bladder for one of our friends that will be here for the New Years bash. A busy day but a nice one.
