Saturday, 3/27.....What a nice day it was! And we started it off good by doing something nice for our pals Debbie and Rusty. I had noticed a picnic table that someone had left here on the BLM while camping. Apparently they didn't wanna take it with them when they ventured on to new adventures. Dan and I went to pick it up and delivered it to Russ and Deb. They were tickled. I couldn't see it just sitting there not being put to good use. Eventually someone else would have picked it up or the BLM people would have taken it away. After we took them the table, we headed out on a quad ride, just me and Dan. We went to explore trails that we hadn't been on before. Seen alot of flowers. Tiny, tiny desert flowers. We also found a place we'll be going back too again soon so we can look for crystal. It was a very nice day for us.
Sunday, 3/28. Didn't do much today. Dan stayed home to watch the NASCAR race and I rode the quad over to see pals Debbie and Rusty. I took them a whole bunch of rocks that Dan and I have picked up while out on our quad rides since we got here last October. Sonja and her sister Gail got back from Phoenix. They ate meatloaf with us then we all sat around the campfire until about 11pm. It was nice, nice, nice..............Monday, 3/29. I followed Sonja into Quartzsite so she could drop off her jeep at a local garage so it could get new brakes. Me, her, and Gail went to breakfast then went to a couple of rock places. Picked up the jeep then headed back home. Dan took Gail for a quad ride, Sonja finished getting her stuff packed, and I was lazy. I love being lazy. hahahaha.

Dan came back and helped Sonja hook up her little trailer and they hauled it to the storage area. Gail and I headed to Debbie and Rusty's place. We were all invited to eat hobo stew. Hobo stew is whatever you want it to be and it sure was yummy! After dinner Sonja and Gail headed out. They are heading back to British Columbia with several stops along the way. Dan and I are now parked out here in the desert alone. All the pals have gone.

Tuesday, 3/30. Today was laundry day. Oh boy. And I stopped by one of the geocaches that belong to me, Kathy, and Sonja. Had to put a pencil back in the ammo box as someone had taken the other one. People can't sign the log in the cache if someone else takes the pencil or pen. Dan went to get gas for the generator and lay down one of our solar panels. We have two of them on the roof of our rig and Dan has them at a slant. The one closest to the satellite dish needs to be moved a tiny bit otherwise the dish bumps it when we take it down and bring it back up. We might have to bring the dish down tonight, tomorrow, or tomorrow night. We're having wind warnings with high gusts. (Our dish is all automatic. We just push a button inside our rig to lower and upper it.) Anyway, now I can lower the dish without bumping into the solar panel. Its on Dan's "to do" list for "home maintenance".

Nice Patty, I think that I know where you are staying at Bouse. You will have so much fun ...wish I were there. Sonja (Where is the picture of you and me. I thought you looked your usual pretty self. Girlpal show it off too).
