Good bright and sunny Sunday morning! What a nice day its gonna be! Dan's ankle is getting better as everyday goes by. He still keeps his leg elevated when sitting down and still keeps ice on the ankle. He moves around very slowly, sometimes with crutches, and is very careful. Yesterday we went to our storage unit so he could start up the John Deere we have stored there. Then I got out a rocking chair and he sat while I did an inventory on stuff we're gonna get rid of, selling stuff and giving away stuff. Our goal is to try and get a smaller storage unit before we leave here after the summer. Big enough for all our boxes of treasures (the stuff you can't live without and our kids will get someday) and for the John Deere. It is up for sale and someday the right person will come along and give it a good home. Until then, it will live in storage. My youngest son Jason and his wife Becky just bought a rental house for an investment. Some of the stuff we have will go in their rental. Whatever they don't want I guess we'll be paying a visit to Goodwill or putting ads on Craig's List and try and get a few bucks for stuff. There are things we have tried to give away to all our kids but no one wanted any of it. I guess because most everything is old. But old and well built. Oh well. I think Jason and Becky are smart to invest. I don't care what is said about real estate. About the market being bad and all that crap. I feel that real estate is always a good investment.....Our PC will be going back to the computer doctor again. Things just are not right with it. I can't get into Windows Explorer at all and that is where I do alot of my work with pictures for the blog. All I get is errors and the computer locks up. I'm typing on the laptop right now and don't wanna overload it with pictures, so I won't be putting any pictures on the blog this time.............Next time I write will probably be after July 21st and I will have pictures to put on here then. Remember that I mentioned that we're going to Bellingham, WA to meet up with friends to see the Red Elvises. Thats gonna be fun and we've planned this since last January. I can't wait! THE RED ELVISES! YOUR FAVORITE BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!! My family also has birthdays coming up and I know both people will be reading this, so........... HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHAEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHRISTINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Michael is my son and Christine is my sister. Both born on July 18th! When we get back from Bellingham we have three more birthdays. My mom's, mine, and my niece Gina. We're all born on the same day too. July 22nd. I think my mom should change her birth date cause shes had to share for a long time! ha!..............I can hear Christine out on the riding lawnmower, so I guess I'll go do my duty of moving our hoses so she mow around us. Talk to you all soon!!!!!!!!!!!!
