Hi everyone! Not much happening around here. Just still waiting to hear back from the company that built our rig. Been enjoying the warm weather. Actually I'm sitting here in the early evening with the door open and Dan put the screens in the windows so we can have the windows open too. Its sooooooooooooo nice out. I just can't believe that people moan and groan about the weather when its so nice out. I would rather sweat any day then be cold and shivering all the time. I love the hot weather! I can't wait to get our rig fixed so we can get back down into the southwest and go out on the quad all the time. We really can't ride here at home unless we "trailer the quad" to the woods. Down in Arizona we can just hop right on and go right from our door. To the hills, to the desert, and into town for bread and milk. I really miss that.........Dan is next door at my mom's house right now. They are all watching what I call a "slice and dice" movie. Some horror flick. Can't remember the name. I don't like those kind of movies, so I'm home writing this, listening to people on the news channels pick apart the presidential candidates, and sometimes picking up the two books I have on geocaching and reading stuff. "The Idiot's Guide to Geocaching" and "Geocaching for Dummies". I love the "Dummies" books. We've been out the last 2 nights and have found 3 geocaches close to home. Its interesting and fun...........Hi to Gordon and Juanita up in Alaska! Take some time to read "Gordon's Blog". Its listed on the right side of this page. There are some beautiful pictures of Alaska in his blog.......To Patti and Michael (my son and his wife). HAPPY ANNIVERSARY yesterday!!!!!!!!! A card is on it's way. I mailed it late. Bad mom! hahahaha.......7 years, right?.........Dan and I might go see Silverdale Thunder this Sunday. These are the unlimited light hydro plane races. Its something we can do while sitting in lawn chairs and not having to be on our feet all day. You can check them out at www.ulhra.org...........We were thinking of working with our pals Chris and Connie in their concession at the Jefferson County Fair this weekend, but we felt that Dan's ankle wouldn't take the pressure of him standing for 10 to 12 hours. Its just now starting to feel better and he still babies it. Working in the concession is hard work! If we go watch the hydros, I'll take pictures to put here on the blog.......See you all soon!
