Good sunny morning! Its gonna be a VERY nice day. Yesterday, 1/17, Dan, Kathy, and I got on our quads and headed out to geocache. We were only gonna go for a little while, but ended up going for 31 miles. Thats quite a ways on the quad when you're stopping all the time for caches. We found one cache by this neat cactus. It had a "travel bug" in it from an elementary school in Oregon. Kathy took it and will be sending the pictures I took of her and the gingerbread man to the class. The name Quinn was on the gingerbread man. I'm sure he'll be quite excited to see we found this. She'll go place the little man in another cache soon and someone else can find it and send the class pictures. We also found a cache near rocks that look like a natural arch. That was neat. It was a nice quad ride and the area is really pretty. Way out away from people. We went to several other caches but the one in this picture was way up a hill and we had a great view of everything. I took one picture of the "Big Tent" from the middle of a hill overlooking it. Just to give you an idea how big it is. Its gonna be a busy, busy place all week.
