Easter Sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We didn't do anything yesterday on Saturday, but we had a great dinner today! Our pals, Rusty and Debbie, came over for a dinner of slow cooked ham, sweet potatoes, pistachio salad, corn, deviled eggs, orange scones, and pumpkin pie. YUMMY! It was real nice outside so we had our mid-afternoon dinner outside.........Today, Monday 4/13.......We went for our last quad ride in Quartzsite until we come back next "snowbird season". Just a short ride, enjoying the hot sun and taking a few scenery pictures. I took some pictures of this saguaro that had a tree growing around and between it. I thought it was cool looking, so there are a bunch of pics in the slide show.BubbleShare: Share photos - Easy Photo Sharing Came home and took the truck into town to get it fueled up, washed the windows, and picked up some more gas for the generator. We intend to leave Quartzsite tomorrow, 4/14, if our mail comes in. We have to be off the BLM land on 4/15. That is when our season pass is up. There are still some people out here like us and when we were out riding on the quad, we seen most of them getting road ready also. We'll be off to Yuma for a couple of days so Dan can go back to Algadones to the dentist to have his lower plate looked at. He says thats its just not comfortable so better to get it checked before we head back home, north to Washington. We sure are gonna miss Quartzsite. It would be nice to buy a piece of ground here. Maybe. Someday when we win the lottery! Oh sigh.
